Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a courteous in-venue runner to deliver and describe all food items to guests and to support front-of-house and kitchen teams with professionalism.

You will maintain station cleanliness, stock items, and participate in opening/closing duties while communicating guest needs clearly to managers and staff. Prior hospitality and high-volume experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Previous food running experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and describe all food items to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of stations.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff and management.
• Stock station with prescribed items and perform opening/closing side-work.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
