Xanterra is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives across the Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel, Grand Canyon Railway, Tusayan Trading Post, Grand Hotel, and Grand Canyon Hotel & Suites. You will drive projects from conception through completion, coordinating with teams, managing timelines, budgets, and compliance to minimize disruption.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong organizational skills, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in facility/construction/project management within a multi-unit operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of construction, mechanical systems, and trade skills.
• Experience with cost estimating, bid notices, and contract negotiations.
• Experience using PM/maintenance/capital planning software to track schedules and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PM software.
• Possess or obtain an Arizona Driver’s License within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Understand and support Xanterra’s Mission, Pillars, and Core Values.
• Execute projects from conception to completion across multiple properties.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and priorities; identify delays.
• Identify and resolve obstacles; escalate if needed.
• Coordinate and hold contractors accountable for mobilization, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Plan and bid for new construction, remodels, and equipment installations.
• Operate assigned company vehicle to travel to project sites during work hours.
• Contribute to capital planning data and annual project lists.
• Provide leadership feedback to improve project execution processes.
• Maintain accurate schedules, budgets, reports, and risk items for all projects.
• Ensure compliance with Xanterra, NPS, and federal regulations (HAZMAT, etc.).
• Collaborate with National Park Service PMs on engineering projects and compliance.
• Assist in planning and evaluating proposed capital improvements.
