Responsibilities

• Receive and manage project requests, ensuring clear understanding of client or internal needs.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies and creative briefs for each assignment, outlining: What is needed and the desired outcome; Why the project is necessary; Key messaging and communication points; Required images, branding, and project mandatories; Final deliverables; Budget considerations; Project timeline; References to previous or related projects; Key contacts and individuals involved in review and approval processes.
• Determine when a kickoff meeting is necessary and coordinate meetings for larger or more complex projects; Build detailed project timelines and establish milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery; Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure project alignment and quality standards; Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
