Qualifications

5–8+ years of professional interior design experience, leading hospitality projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proven ability to manage design schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
Strong leadership, documentation, and client presentation skills.
Experience coordinating with contractors, architects, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead project kickoff and milestone planning with clear timelines and ownership.
Oversee day-to-day project management to protect schedule and budget.
Conduct site evaluations and client meetings to translate needs into design direction.
Monitor scope, manage changes, and protect project integrity.
Drive cross-stakeholder communication and timely deliverables.
Oversee billing cycles and progress with Operations leadership.
Maintain organized project documentation and records.
