Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel managers to hire, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and HHM standards.
• Lead talent acquisition activities: post jobs, source candidates, interview, and select best qualified.
• Coordinate with centralized People Support teams to communicate and administer benefits, compensation, leave, training and employee relations programs at the property level.
• Manage onboarding and terminations in compliance with laws and standards.
