Job summary

HHM is seeking an Accounting/People Support Manager to oversee hotel accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations. The role coordinates with centralized People Support to administer benefits, compensation, and employee relations at the property level.

A focus on timely reporting, audits, and accurate financial statements is essential. Ideal candidates hold an accounting-related degree and have strong Excel skills, plus hospitality industry

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform hotel accounting and Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team to meet reporting deadlines.
• Review ledger account reconciliations and ensure internal audit standards are met.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting on payroll functions and tax compliance.
• Prepare annual depreciation schedules and monitor inventory records.
