Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Hospitality accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule and coach associates to meet brand standards.
• Plan and organize the hotel accounting team's work to meet reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate with centralized People Support for benefits, compensation, and leave programs.
• Review ledger reconciliations including bank statements, assets and liabilities.
• Oversee internal audit standards and review invoices for goods/services.
• Coordinate payroll monitoring and monthly financial statement review.
