Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator who will be the first point of contact for guests, handling all incoming and internal calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Familiarity with PBX systems and basic computer skills are preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous PBX/multi-line phone system experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for guests via phone.
• Handle internal and external calls efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to route calls as needed.
• Maintain courteous and helpful guest communication during busy periods.
