Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in administration, operations, executive assistant, or account management roles.
• Background in hospitality, property management, or real estate strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners and manage relationships.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance and financial reports.
• Host owner check-ins to share updates and gather feedback.
• Support finance with reconciliations, invoices, and reporting tasks.
• Maintain Zoho CRM workflows and data accuracy.
• Coordinate guest experience and field operations scheduling.
