Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling operations across all shifts and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will drive revenue through sales-focused service, recruit and coach hourly staff, and own labor, cost controls, and daily financial targets, while ensuring guest satisfaction and center readiness on high-volume shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, cost, inventory & P&L.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
