Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts in Houston. You will flex into multiple roles, build a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding hospitality on every visit.

The role requires 3+ years leading high-volume operations, a proven track record in driving F&B sales, and a floor-first management style focused on guest experience and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with a strong focus on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
