Job summary

LAZ Parking in Houston is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to support the Hospitality Manager in hotel operations, safety, and service excellence.

Lead Shift Leads and frontline staff, drive revenue while controlling costs, ensure client expectations are met, and recruit and onboard talent. The role requires hospitality experience, supervisory skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hospitality experience (Parking, Hotels or Restaurants) preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and General Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service success at the hotel.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of Shift Leads and frontline staff.
• Ensure increased revenue, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety thresholds.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Hospitality experience (parking, hotels, restaurants)

Supervisory/management experience

Valid driver’s license
