Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads operations team to translate goals into guest tracking and productivity.
• Creates a property environment emphasizing motivation, teamwork, and service quality.
• Assesses guest satisfaction results and develops plans to improve.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with guest demand and hours/occupied rooms.
