Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or a 2-year degree with 2 years in related areas. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years in F&B, culinary or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration with 2 years in F&B.

Responsabilités

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, and beverage operations.
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees and guests.
• Leads day-to-day operations and coaching for team members.
