You will own inventory control, labor scheduling, and data systems to ensure seamless guest experiences, event success, and flawless service across dining and tours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and control for all food and beverage items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct weekly counts.
• Ensure the POS system is fully functional and staff trained.
• Develop labor schedules and manage staffing to meet forecasted demand.
