Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Place orders with suppliers and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain records of usage, history, and order accuracy.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Ensure POS system functionality and staff training on it.
• Use scheduling software to create and adjust staff shifts.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and schedule accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and budgeted labor costs.
