Journeyman Distillery's Staymaker restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. You will manage service flow, budget, hiring, and training while upholding Journeyman’s core values and safety standards.

The role demands leadership in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with culinary and events teams, and a commitment to delivering hospitality that feels like home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must speak English fluently and write basic English.
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Budgeting/P&L management and driving sales through guest relations.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop FOH staff with HR support.
• Organize schedules and conduct staff trainings and performance reviews.
• Lead opening procedures, safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Model leadership, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
