Job summary

Round Barn Hotel, Tribute Portfolio by Marriott in Santa Rosa, California, is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations, partner with leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

You will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departments, coach and develop teams, optimize staffing and processes, and uphold Marriott standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight for hotel operations.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop hotel associates and supervisors.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Marriott standards, and company policies.
