Job summary

LINE Austin is seeking an energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our standards. A supervisor will manage staffing, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold professional service across shifts.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to train and guide team members while supporting front-dotel desk requests and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces daily and coordinate upkeep.
• Notify Maintenance of out-of-order rooms.
• Ensure knowledge of the Property Management System.
• Support Front Desk with guest requests.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Attend relevant meetings.
• Ensure supplies are stocked for shifts.
