Job summary

Kasa Living, Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Manager in Denver to lead a high-performing team across property operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceptional operational standards. This hands-on leader will spend about 95% of time onsite to drive outcomes for partners and guests.

You will steer revenue, manage costs, and coordinate with Commercial, Revenue, and Marketing teams, embedding Kasa core values in daily decisions while nurturing relationships with local vendors and the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management experience with hands-on leadership.
• Proficiency with property management systems and core hospitality software.
• Proven ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS, or similar).
• Ability to identify and secure new partnerships to grow revenue.
• Inclusive leadership with empathy and strong communication.
• Strong strategic thinking and project planning at building, market, regional level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Drive operating profit per unit through revenue growth and cost controls.
• Monitor guest feedback and eliminate recurring issues.
• Champion service and operational excellence in a hospitality-focused model.
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community.
