Chick-fil-A Kingsland is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to partner with the Restaurant Director and Operator to lead daily operations, develop our leadership team, and champion a culture of excellence and hospitality.

This high-visibility role offers a clear path to Director-level leadership, a schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays (Sundays off), and a compensation package based on a 45-50 hour work week with a base pay of $19-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or high-volume service.
• Servant leadership with people development.
• Strong communication with trust-building across a team.
• Detail-oriented with operational excellence.
• Self-motivated and resilient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays; Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations.
• Coach and develop shift leaders and team members.
• Model remarkable hospitality and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage labor, food cost, and inventory to meet goals.
• Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of leaders.
