Job summary

Exclusive Resorts LLC. seeks an Operations Manager at The Arrabelle at Vail Square to oversee the destination's overall operation, including concierge, housekeeping, and property management.

You will ensure member satisfaction, manage budgets, and supervise staff and vendors to uphold Exclusive Resorts standards. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on service excellence, and the ability to coordinate with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Five–ten years hospitality experience and prior management of a team and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees concierge staff to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Performs concierge duties when needed and coordinates with corporate office.
• Manages residence deep cleans and deep-clean scheduling on site.
• Responds to elevated member requests and inquiries within required timeframes.
• Oversees and coordinates vendor relationships for housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensures budgeting, monthly reports, and expense controls meet standards.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; conducts performance evaluations.
