LodgeWorks is seeking a Director of Operations in McLean, VA to lead the overall operation of our hotels, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on guest service excellence, revenue optimization, and day-to-day hotel management in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple departments, ensure brand standards, manage payroll and vendor contracts, and serve as acting Manager on Duty when needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years’ related hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple departments and staff.
• Willingness to be on-site in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hotel operations and ensure service standards.
• Oversee departments, payroll, and vendor contracts.
• Act as Manager on Duty in GM's absence and assist with budget.
