Job summary

Sun Lodge in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and ensure service and product quality across all departments.

You will supervise Guest Services and Housekeeping managers, partner with the General Manager, and support opening/closing duties, safety training and continuous improvement.

A strong leader with financial literacy and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and people-management experience in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services and Housekeeping managers, ensuring service standards.

• Promote established standards of service and product quality for guests.
• Assist GM with opening and closing hotel operations each year.
• Develop systems for training and safety and continuous improvement.
• Communicate operations status to principals and department heads.
