Job summary

Target Hospitality seeks an Operations Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of lodge locations. You will own budgets, P&L, and lead site leadership teams to deliver world-class service in remote environments.

This salaried role requires multi-site leadership, travel between sites, and a focus on safety, SOP compliance, and client relationships. Rotational schedule and high-stress settings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive operations experience in hospitality, workforce housing, food service, or facilities management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing salaried managers or multi-department teams.
• Demonstrated accountability for operational budgets and P&L performance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a contract services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned lodge locations, including hospitality, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk functions.
• Own operational budgets and P&L performance for assigned locations, managing labor, food, and supply costs against occupancy and contract terms.
• Lead Lodge Managers and site leaders within the portfolio and drive SOPs, service standards, and reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining relationships and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor occupancy, census, and service levels; adjust staffing and resources as needed.
