JOEY Restaurants in Dallas is opening a second location in summer 2026 and seeks an Office Manager to drive essential administrative operations. You will train staff, manage office supplies, ensure compliance postings, and oversee HRIS records and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar administration role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is asset.

Responsibilities

• Train all office partners and manage office supplies.
• Ensure workplace postings are valid and organize health/safety meetings.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS and manage personnel files.
• Input and update employee certifications; ensure office equipment works.
• Reconcile daily cash and balance; handle biweekly payroll processes.
• Monitor tip distribution, labor input, and payroll-related reports.
• Manage office budget and communicate profit updates to management.
