JOEY Restaurants in Dallas is opening a second location in summer 2026 and seeks an Office Manager to drive essential administrative operations. You will train staff, manage office supplies, ensure compliance postings, and oversee HRIS records and payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Train all office partners and manage office supplies.
• Ensure workplace postings are valid and organize health/safety meetings.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS and manage personnel files.
• Input and update employee certifications; ensure office equipment works.
• Reconcile daily cash and balance; handle biweekly payroll processes.
• Monitor tip distribution, labor input, and payroll-related reports.
• Manage office budget and communicate profit updates to management.

We are looking for high-performing, passionate individuals to join a remarkable team of culinary leaders and hospitality professionals as we continue the JOEY legacy in our second location in Dallas.Opening summer 2026!

As an Office Manager at JOEY, you will playan important rolein the operations of the Restaurant.You will be the glue of the team and will be responsible for managingand anticipatingtheadministrative needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive in their approach, outgoing and passionate about the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Train all office partners.
• Effectively manage all office supply inventories: paper supplies, POS supplies, staples orders, gift cards, etc.
• Ensure local, state, and federal workplace postings are valid.
• Organize monthly health and safety meetings.
• Complete and file incident reports.
• Maintain accurate employee information in the company’s human resources information system (HRIS).
• Maintain organization and accuracy of employee online, paper, and confidential personnel files.
• Input, maintain, and update all employee certifications.
• Ensure office equipment is in working order.
• Troubleshoot payment receiving systems and POS Terminals.
• Maintain security systems, i.e. update safe combinations, change locks, and distribute restaurant and office keys; perform weekly anti-theft audits.
• Immediately remove partners from all systems and documentation upon termination.
• Reconcile and balance daily cash.
• Complete biweekly payroll preparation processes; communicate any off cycle pay adjustments.
• Accurately account for the tip distribution process.
• Manage partner labor input.
• Monitor custom reports and verify accuracy of credit card tips paid via payroll.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash expenses and out of store purchases.
• Manage the office budget.
• Ensure profit updates are communicated to the management team daily.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar administration role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is seen as a significant asset.
