Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks a National Accounts Manager for Hospitality to serve as the primary contact for assigned national accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will cultivate relationships, present solutions, and align account strategies with company objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead account planning, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that strengthen market position and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2+ years experience in account management or field sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with key national accounts and understand client needs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls to present, quote, and close sales.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with executive team to implement long-term strategic plans.
• Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless account execution.
