Cedar Grove, a leading hospitality company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Manager in Training. This full-time role offers a salary range of $42,000 to $56,792 and is available until November 23, 2026.

As a Manager in Training, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of service. You will also contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
