Job summary

Vandelay Companies’ Drake’s Hollywood is seeking a Manager to lead a high-performing hospitality team and oversee daily operations that deliver elevated dining experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction with a focus on service excellence.

You will partner with culinary leadership to maintain quality, drive efficiencies, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth within a respected hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or similar field preferred
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset required
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development focus

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing team
• Lead daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and elevated guest experiences
• Model polished hospitality and empower staff to create memorable moments
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and solutions-focused mindset
• Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning and labor management
• Monitor financial metrics like labor and inventory to drive efficiency
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all areas
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and quality
• Uphold company policies and compliance with regulations
