The Hospitality Manager leads our team in providing best-in-class, guest-focused service with hospitality for our Guests. Responsibilities include training and coaching Associates, ensuring high service standards, and managing venue operations such as opening, closing, and shift management, without compromising the guest experience.

The role may also involve overseeing functions like hiring, scheduling, Associate development, inventory management, facilities maintenance, and marketing.

• Maintain operating procedures, safety, and guest satisfaction standards
• Ensure staffing and operational efficiency in guest areas

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, or golf course settings, with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
