Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business and maintains existing client relationships for their financing needs. Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, offers financing solutions for equipment and technology to small businesses through Fortune 500 companies and other organizations nationwide. Our focus includes segments like technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and commercial vehicles. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers’ businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to meet sales goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs
  • Communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Consistently meet monthly quota goals
  • Develop new and maintain existing business relationships
  • Present customized solutions to diverse customers in a competitive environment
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as needed
  • Effectively communicate benefits of all product offerings to customers

This position involves tracking time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is incentive eligible, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
