Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops business by servicing clients' financing needs for equipment and technology. Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, offers financing solutions for small to large organizations across various segments, including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to meet production goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products/services, make proposals, and demonstrate value
  • Communicate company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Meet monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Present customized solutions to diverse customers
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as needed
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of all product offerings

This position tracks time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
