Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure every unit and building is in optimal working order for guests. You will use your maintenance skills and customer service to deliver quality results and dream vacations for our guests.

Key duties include performing general facility maintenance, completing service requests, and making-ready units under supervision, with focus on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills and basic repair abilities.
• Ability to perform painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Maintain make-ready units and common areas with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Prepare units and maintain fixtures, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
