Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to help ensure every unit and building operates flawlessly for guests. You will apply maintenance skills and customer service to deliver high-quality experiences across our properties.

You will perform general facility maintenance, handle repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), service make-ready units, and keep outdoor areas clean. Safety adherence is essential and reporting deficiencies is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and manage trash pickup.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
