We seek a Maintenance Tech I to ensure each unit and building is in perfect working order, applying maintenance skills and customer service to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, handle repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry), make-ready unit

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimum quality and efficient operation.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
