Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and perform trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
