You’ll perform general maintenance, handle repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), maintain make-ready units, and uphold safety programs while supporting a diverse team in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient production.
• Handle service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
