Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in a luxury hotel environment is ideal, but we are willing to train the right hospitality professional.
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.
• Work independently with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain building exterior and respond to work orders and service calls in a timely manner.
