Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop, implement and oversee all engineering, safety and operating aspects of the property. You will ensure compliance with codes, protect assets, guests and employees, and lead preventive maintenance programs.

You will manage contracts for HVAC, elevator, fire systems, plumbing and landscaping; supervise the engineering team and coordinate with other departments to control expenses and keep rooms running

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful maintenance experience.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and the ability to navigate important conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage all administrative, financial and operating aspects of the engineering department.
• Ensure safety and profitability of the property in compliance with codes and regulations.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and supervise the engineering team.
• Direct the work of others in engineering and facilities, coordinating with other departments.
