Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a housekeeping attendant at our Savannah property to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces. You will help uphold the high hospitality standards our guests expect and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality training is a plus.

• Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and event spaces.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, following cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including carts and supply closets.
• Report safety hazards or guest concerns to supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
