InnVentures is seeking a Chief of Maintenance to lead maintenance teams across our Savannah-area hotels. You will hire, train, supervise, and coach staff while managing daily operations and budget adherence to keep facilities safe and comfortable for guests.

Qualifications

• Progressive facilities management experience in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to lead maintenance staff and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication with guests and employees; adaptable in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, motivate, counsel and recognize the maintenance staff at each hotel.
• Oversee daily operations, sustainability programs, inventory, ordering, and scheduling within set department budgets at each hotel.
• Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance; inspect work for quality and standards.
