Job summary

andCo Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Palm Coast, FL to lead the maintenance crew across guest spaces and resort facilities. This hands-on role requires ensuring safe, efficient upkeep and delivering high-quality service to guests in a dynamic resort environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will schedule work, monitor preventive maintenance, and guide a team to address repairs and improvements that enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, property maintenance, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems or relevant vocational/technical training.
• Clear communicator who can lead a team and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout guest accommodations, common areas, and resort facilities.
• Create schedules, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and keep the resort safe and guest-ready.
• Monitor essential systems like HVAC, pools, lighting, and building infrastructure.
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for maintenance team members.
