Job summary

andCo Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our Palm Coast property. You will lead the maintenance crew, oversee repairs across guest rooms and resort facilities, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires hands-on HVAC experience and strong communication to coordinate across departments. You will create schedules, train staff, and uphold OSHA standards while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel, resort, hospitality or related maintenance roles.
• Hands-on with HVAC and mechanical systems or relevant vocational training.
• Clear communicator with ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
• Focus on safe, well-maintained spaces that support the guest experience.
• Organized, dependable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs across guest accommodations, common areas, and resort facilities.
• Create schedules, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues early and keep the resort guest-ready and safe.
• Keep essential systems running safely and reliably (HVAC, pools, lighting, infrastructure).
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for maintenance team members.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety standards while keeping work areas organized and safe.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure teams have what they need.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the crew at our Palm Coast property and keep things running smoothly, from guest spaces and resort amenities to the behind-the-scenes systems that make a stay feel effortless. Here’s What You’ll Be Up To

• Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

• Track maintenance activity, complete reports, and communicate updates, priorities, and concerns with leadership.

You’re Great Because

• You have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, property maintenance, or a similar environment.
• You have hands-on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, or relevant vocational or technical training.
• You're a clear communicator who knows how to lead a team, collaborate across departments, and handle challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
• You take pride in creating safe, well-maintained spaces and understand how maintenance plays a big part in the guest experience.
• You're organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment.
• You're comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• You're flexible and able to support the operation during weekends, holidays, emergencies, and high-occupancy periods when needed.
• You're hands-on, curious, and not afraid to figure things out. When something needs fixing, you don't just point at it, you help solve it.
