Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications; comfortable with mobile apps/tablets.
• Frequent travel between worksites, reliable transportation is essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently within a team.
• Excellent communication; represent the company positively in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Department with operations in the assigned market.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks through owner-approved tickets and delegation.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Meet company standards for guest/owner satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain communications with internal support teams; support technicians and housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as assigned; flexibility is required in hospitality.
