VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a Sr. Housekeeper to lead a team of housekeepers, optimize daily operations, and ensure top-quality guest accommodations. You will assist with scheduling, inspections, and training while maintaining brand standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in housekeeping or similar position.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize productivity and meet objectives.
• Perform inspections of cleans and support touch-ups.
• Conduct pre-arrival inspections ensuring homes are clean and stocked.
• Mentor and train housekeeping staff.
• Address team conflicts constructively and promptly.
• Report damages or supply gaps to management.
