Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to travel between vacation rental properties, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi to keep homes guest-ready.

You will coordinate with third-party vendors, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. Candidates should have hospitality maintenance experience and comfort with digital systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to repair appliances, electrical, plumbing and HVAC components; basic carpentry and painting skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks across multiple worksites within the assigned market.
• Maintain homes to ensure guest and owner satisfaction.
• Respond to guest issues and troubleshoot maintenance problems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage maintenance tickets.
• Participate in on-call coverage for urgent issues.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and metrics.
