VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a Sr. Housekeeper to lead and develop a team of housekeepers, coaching performance, and optimizing daily operations across multiple properties.

The role includes hands-on cleaning, scheduling, inspections, and maintaining high standards for guest experiences. This full-time, year-round position requires travel between worksites, with unit-based piecework pay and hourly training rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in housekeeping or similar position.
• Prior supervisory or management level experience in a similar industry.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and applications; comfortable with mobile apps and software platforms.
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dependable and prepared; arriving on time and ready to work.
• Comfortable communicating with guests and homeowners clearly and positively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize team productivity and meet objectives.
• Perform inspections of cleans and support touch-up cleans as needed.
• Inspect properties prior to guest and owner arrivals; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Mentor and train housekeeping staff; ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Provide cross-coverage and support for managers and leads as needed.
• Respond to guest/owner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets; coordinate with team.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and cost analyses within portfolio constraints.
• Collaborate with regional team and upper management to maintain brand standards.
