Job summary

Avion Hospitality seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop future leaders in hospitality. The MIT will gain hands-on experience across housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage while learning daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation; serving as Manager on Duty; overseeing security and emergencies; and onboarding new employees to uphold brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to cover 24/7 hotel operations.

The MIT will gain hands-on, practical experience across major hotel departments including Housekeeping, Front Desk and Food and Beverage where they will learn daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.

Serve as the Manager on Duty, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and guests, overseeing property security, and handling emergency situations.

Participate in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring all brand service standards and safety protocols are met.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to fully understand the 24/7 nature of the hotel business.
