Concord Hospitality's Renaissance Westerville Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining teams, delivering elevated guest experiences.

You will supervise servers, room service attendants, hosts/hostesses, baristas, and bartenders, coaching staff and ensuring smooth shifts in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers growth within our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house teams across restaurant, bar and room service operations.
• Open/close shifts per checklists and standards.
• Train and enforce service standards using menus and tools.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary guest environment and report issues.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust coverage for business needs.
• Conduct daily tastings and menu classes for staff.
• Resolve guest concerns and uphold hospitality excellence.
• Oversee guest interactions, seating, and service during peak hours.
• Manage stations, side work, and communications across departments.
